I relied on Donna Rickman and Seabreeze Management during a serious and escalating situation involving my home.

I expected action. I expected communication.
I expected accountability.

As the situation continued, I became increasingly concerned about the responses I received and the amount of time it was taking to achieve a resolution.

Problems remained unresolved. Communications and requests did not, in my view, receive the response that the circumstances demanded. Meanwhile, the consequences of what I was experiencing continued to affect my life.

At some point, Donna Rickman was no longer the manager assigned to my property. I subsequently learned that she was working at another property.

I do not know all of the circumstances surrounding that change, and I am not suggesting that I do.

What I do know is what I experienced while she was involved with the management of my property—and I documented that experience.

I believe homeowners and property owners should be able to learn about the experiences of people who have dealt with the professionals entrusted with managing their communities.
